COVID-19 Update: Curbside Service

To our valued friends and clients,

With the uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 situation, if you have any pet-related please give us a call right away. These would include any anticipated need over the next 3 months such as:

  • A new or chronic pet health concern 
  • Pet Food
  • Pet Medication
  • Pet Preventative (flea and heartworm etc.)

Now is the time to purchase these supplies and to have your pet seen by the veterinarian if you have any concerns. As this situation is accelerating, we are urging our practice community that now is the time to prepare.
We currently have a full COVID-19 operations program in place which includes:

  • Please call us at 843-248-2752 to schedule your appointment.

 

  • We’ve added signage with directions throughout the parking lot.

 

  • Parking spaces are numbered so that when you call us when you arrive, our staff members know exactly which car to proceed to for pet pickup.

 

  • Patient histories will be taken by phone once your pet is inside with our team.

 

  • Please remain in your car and reachable by cell phone throughout examination so we can return your pet promptly to you.

 

  • We will process credit card payments via the phone, only after receiving your consent for treatment.
  • Remember to keep your car properly heated or cooled so that your pet’s body temperature is accurate.

 

  • Our team has been directed to stay home if they or others in the stay-at-home group are feeling symptoms.

 

  • If you are not feeling well on the day of your appointment, please call us so that we can re-schedule your pet for a later date when you are feeling better. Alternatively, you can appoint another healthy adult to bring your pet to the office
